Denied Mold & Water Insurance Claim

An air conditioner leaked, causing water damage to our client’s personal property and causing mold to grow on his property.  The insurance company refused to pay anything for the claim.  After filing a lawsuit on behalf of our client we were able to settle the claim for him.
