Underinsured Motorist Trial in Tampa

Our client was injured in two collisions and had to sue the drivers responsible and her own uninsured/underinsured motorist insurance company after they refused to offer even $100,000 to settle.  This case went to trial before a jury in Tampa, Florida and, after a week of trial, resulted in a verdict of just over $650,000.
