Underpaid Federated National Claim

Federated National paid about $20,000 for damage to our clients kitchen cabinets and floors caused by a broken dishwasher line.  Our clients believed that FedNat did not pay enough for their insurance claim.  After we filed suit, the insurance company ended up settling for an additional payment of $36,000, more than doubling the amount initially paid for the claim.
