Herman & Wells recently conducted oral arguments before Florida’s Second District Court of Appeal. Our client is a business whose lawsuit for breach of contract, tortious interference, and other claims was dismissed with prejudice by the trial court. We asked the trial court to reverse that order and allow our client’s case to go forward.
Oral argument is often the last step before an appellate court makes a decision in a case.
