Denied Hail Claim – Roof Damage

Our clients made a claim for hail damage to their roof.  The adjuster sent out by the insurance company saw the hail damage, but the insurance company denied the claim anyway.  Our clients hired a public adjuster to help them with their claim, but the insurance company refused to reconsider its denial.  The public adjuster connected us with the clients and we filed a lawsuit against the insurance company.  After litigating the case, we were able to settle for an amount that allowed our client to fully replace their roof.
