PARALEGAL IN PINELLAS PARK, FL

After almost three decades practicing law in New Jersey, Ann Dee Lieberman chose to bring her wealth of courtroom and litigation experience into a new role—as a paralegal. Since 2024, she has been applying her attorney’s insight to support the Herman & Wells team, assisting on personal injury and property damage cases with the depth of perspective that only years of advocacy can provide.

Ann Dee’s legal career has spanned nearly every aspect of civil litigation. She managed cases from inception through trial and settlement, handled complex subrogation and lien matters, and represented clients in arbitrations, mediations, and appeals. This extensive background allows her to anticipate challenges, strengthen case strategy, and provide the kind of behind-the-scenes support that empowers attorneys to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Her professional path began with a Criminal Justice degree from the University of Delaware, followed by a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. For over 30 years she advocated tirelessly in the courtroom, later expanding her focus to lien resolution and estate law when she relocated to Florida. This transition into paralegal work reflects her ongoing commitment to the law and to helping clients navigate complex legal issues – now through a role that lets her combine precision, compassion, and collaboration.

Outside of the office, Ann Dee enjoys spending time with family and friends, swimming, and diving into a good book.
