Applicants are encouraged to share their perspective on how being truly heard can lead to better decisions and outcomes in fields such as healthcare, education, government, or law. The Innovations in Construction Law Scholarship, presented by Herman & Wells, supports students interested in the intersection of law and technology within the construction industry. Applicants are encouraged to explore how emerging technologies, such as smart materials and advanced inspection tools, can prevent construction defects and influence legal strategies. Submissions should analyze the impact of these innovations on construction law, addressing topics like regulations, liability, and best practices.
