As a Paralegal at Herman & Wells, Danielle Ryan plays a key role in supporting both clients and attorneys throughout the legal process. Having previously served as an Intake Specialist with the firm, she brings a strong foundation in client communication and case evaluation, along with a deep understanding of the client experience from first contact through resolution. Danielle takes pride in making every interaction welcoming, informative, and reassuring.
Her diverse background in customer service, investigations, and title insurance gives her a unique ability to listen, problem-solve, and guide clients with both empathy and efficiency.
Before joining Herman & Wells in June 2024, Danielle spent 10 years as a Starbucks barista, mastering the art of multitasking and connecting with people from all walks of life. She later transitioned into title insurance and has spent more than six years working alongside a private investigator – experiences that sharpened her attention to detail and investigative mindset, both essential skills in her work today.
A Florida native, Danielle studied at both the University of Tampa and Boston University, with coursework in Business Management and Behavioral Psychology. She’s passionate about community and giving back, actively involved in local charity events and co-founder of the Tampa Bay Jeep Club, a group she started with her best friend to combine her love of adventure with community connection. Because of Danielle’s involvement, Herman & Wells is now a proud supporter of the Tampa Bay Jeep Club, reflecting the firm’s shared commitment to community and connection.
When she’s not helping clients, you’ll likely find Danielle juggling life as a proud mom of four, playing in one of her three soccer leagues, or spending time with her two dogs.
