Jeremy is a proud graduate of Florida State University and Stetson University College of law. After passing the bar in 2011, he began his legal career as a prosecutor in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit holding those who victimized others accountable under Florida Law. After gaining valuable courtroom and trial experience, he left the public sector and began practicing as a criminal defense and traffic law attorney before moving back home to Pinellas County where he started to represent those injured by the negligence of others.
During this period, Jeremy also began defending insurance companies and their insureds, acquiring insight as to how insurance companies value cases, and the strategies they use to deny or reduce the valuation of claims. He is thrilled to bring his experience and knowledge to the team at Herman and Wells to represent those who have been injured, either by negligence, or by an insurance company’s failure to do the right thing.
Jeremy was recognized as an outstanding lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. He is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in federal court in the Southern District and Middle District of Florida. He also proudly supports the Morton Plant Mease Health Care Foundation as a member of the Skip Cline Society.
In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys cooking, studying history, and spending time with his wife and four children.
