With over 18 years of litigation experience, Nanette Angelone is a seasoned paralegal who has built her career supporting attorneys and clients in both state and federal courts. She has worked on behalf of both plaintiffs and defense firms, with a strong emphasis on personal injury litigation for private clients and municipalities. Known for her meticulous trial preparation and ability to manage cases from inception through settlement, Nanette blends technical expertise with a client-first approach that ensures every case receives the attention it deserves.
Nanette’s skills include drafting pleadings, managing discovery, coordinating complex scheduling for multiple attorneys, and preparing cases for trial. She is highly proficient in state and federal court filing procedures, ensuring that deadlines are met and filings comply with all rules of civil procedure. Over the years, she has supported senior counsel, partners, and associates across a wide range of high-stakes cases, consistently strengthening legal teams with her experience and attention to detail.
Outside of her professional work, Nanette is equally dedicated to her community. She volunteers with animal rescue organizations and several social service groups, donates proceeds from her pet-themed craft business to rescue efforts, and is an active member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. A Florida registered Notary and long-time member of NALA (National Association of Legal Assistants), Nanette continues to grow her professional expertise while giving back to causes close to her heart.
When she’s not preparing cases or volunteering, you’ll likely find Nanette kayaking, scuba diving, gardening, or singing – she’s a classically trained vocalist. She’s also a devoted Florida State Seminoles fan and loves spending time with her husband and their full house of rescue pets – three dogs and five cats – as well as visiting her son and daughter who live up north.
