Roxana’s career spans a variety of roles within both plaintiff and defense law firms, including positions as a case manager, paralegal, and senior legal assistant. She has handled everything from intake and client communication to case management, discovery coordination, and settlement documentation across practice areas such as personal injury, premises liability, family law, and insurance disputes. Her background also includes extensive experience in HR coordination, office management, and executive support – giving her a unique understanding of both the human and operational sides of a legal practice.
Throughout her career, Roxana has built a reputation for initiative, organization, and a client-first approach. She’s known for her ability to juggle multiple priorities, solve problems quickly, and ensure that clients feel supported from the very start of their case. Her combination of legal expertise, administrative skill, and genuine empathy makes her a vital part of the firm’s client relations team.
Roxana earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Harcourt/John Tyler University and also studied Psychology at Polk State College. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and continuing to learn new skills that strengthen both her professional and personal growth.
