Ashley Chiavaroli is a litigation paralegal who specializes in personal injury and insurance dispute cases. She was born and raised in Ohio and has just recently relocated to Florida. Ashley has gained extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced a physical injury.

Assisting Our Attorneys With Personal Injury, Insurance Disputes & Construction Law Cases

In particular, Ashley has worked extensively with clients who have sustained injuries due to workplace incidents and motor vehicle accidents. In her previous role as Medical Records Coordinator for a company that conducted workers’ compensation injury exams, Ashley was able to gain valuable experience working with clients on a personal basis as well as assisting attorneys in litigation.

Most recently, Ashley has begun to work with clients in the insurance claims space and is currently assisting policyholders with their personal property insurance claims. Additionally, Ashley is also assisting Alan Gustafson with construction law cases.

Ashley’s Favorite Pasttimes Outside of the Office

Ashley enjoys exploring Pinellas Park, Largo, and the surrounding area outside of work. She loves being at the beach or out on the water and attends country music concerts/events whenever she can. Ashley also takes great pride in her photography skills – capturing moments of life as they happen! Lastly, she is passionate about supporting the ASL Deaf community and regularly practices her sign language skills.
